  • Duplicate payment for the same service
  • Payment made but service not delivered due to a technical or system error on our side
  • Service request cancelled before support has been initiated

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed troubleshooting or consultation sessions
  • Printer installation, setup, or configuration assistance already provided
  • Any service where support has already been initiated or delivered
  • Delay caused due to user-side issues such as incorrect information or lack of cooperation
